At GrainRx, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason your product doesn’t meet expectations or is defective, we will work with you to make it right.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, so any refund issued will not include return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item caused by GrainRx.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
Opened or Used Products
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or partially used products, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
If this occurs, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details so we can review and resolve the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the situation and provide a replacement, refund, or solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact sales@grainrx.com.
